How did it all begin? Actually, we have no clue.
Theories suggest that all matter and energy were condensed in a hot dense point.
This is called a gravitational singulary.

Planck Epoch
The Big Bang occurs.
The smallest meaningful time is Planck Time at 10-43s
We cannot look back further beyond this point in time.

Grand Unification Epoch
Gravity seperates from the other three fundamentals forces.
The electromagnetic force, the strong and weak nuclear force are still combined.
They are called electronuclear force or GUT (Grand Unified Theory).

Electroweak Epoch
The strong nuclear force seperates form the electroweak force.
This may have caused the so called inflation.
From 10-33s to 10-32s the universe expanded by a factor of 1026.

Quark Epoch
The four fundamental forces are distinct.
Baryogenesis takes place which leads to Baryon asymmetry.
Normally matter and antimatter anihilate each other.
It is not yet understod, why matter prevail anit-matter
